Notes
- Was the first time that I baked with this sourdough starter after starting it, the strength could have been not great
- The dough seemed pretty slack, not super strong when I did my final shaping
- I did do the bench sit pre-shape prior to final shaping
- Was about 15mins of sitting
- Longer loaf had OK size
- Boule was smaller and flat
- Crumb was really tight and dense, definitely not the crumb that I’d like to see
- Taste was OK
