Sourdough Discard Waffle Recipe - Kamut
Quick sourdough discard recipe for homemade waffles using Kamut flour
Ingredients
- 1 & 3/4 c. Flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 c. Milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons of sourdough discard
Mix well. Put in waffle iron. Makes about 5 waffles.
