Sourdough Discard Banana Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside
  3. In a larger bowl, mash bananas, then blend in sugar, eggs, oil, discard, and vanilla
  4. Hand-mix the dry ingredients into the blended ingredients until well mixed
  5. Grease a 12 muffin pan and divide batter between the tins
  6. Bake for 20-25mins
