Flour Salt Water Yeast (FSWY)

A fantastic book on baking artisan bread, with and without sourdough, written by Ken Forkish.

This was the first book that Sam bought for me in 2016 when I voiced some interest in learning how to bake bread. She gifted me this book as a Christmas present, along with all of the different items that the book recommended as tools for baking. I largely attribute my love of baking to this book, and highly recommend it.
